Web-Templates-Store.com offers a wide selection of graphic products for a variety of needs. We offer complete web templates and website interfaces for webmasters and businesses that are looking to save time and money. These designs can be edited with most HTML editing software, but can also contain some advanced features, such as PSD (Photoshop) files for more advanced customization. Web Templates also offers high quality characters and images that are suitable for website design, commercial printing, presentations, brochures, newsletters, reports, etc.

1-2 Can I really access all of the member products for only $39.95? [ TOP ]

Yes, if you register for our membership you can download every product in the member download area of Web-Templates-Store.com for a full year without any additional charges. This does not include the download of all of our Limited or Exclusive items for this price, however, we provide these high-quality graphics at unbeatable prices as well.

1-3 What formats do your products come in? [ TOP ]

Our products are delivered in a variety of formats. Some come in vector formats (.eps and .wmf), some in high quality raster jpg with high DPIs, some in PSD (Photoshop) format, some in CDR format(Corel Draw 10), and some come as HTML files with images sliced to fit the design. Additionally, many of our templates now include blank jpgs or gifs for easy customization. You should check either the individual image description, or read the descriptive paragraph at the top of each category page to determine what is in the product that you are interested in for the exact description of what type of files are included with that specific graphic.

1-4 Do you add products on a regular basis? [ TOP ]

Yes. Although Web Templates will only create new inventory that it believes to be of a superior quality, we update as frequently as possible, usually several times a month.

1-5 Does Web Templates offer refunds? [ TOP ]

Once you have downloaded an item from Web Templates.com we cannot offer a refund, which you are held responsible for understanding upon your creation of a membership with Web Templates. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of member products and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion, if no products have been accessed, we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Rights and Usage

2-1 Are there any restrictions on my use of the Web-Templates-Store.com graphics that I download? [ TOP ]

Yes. If you intend on using any of the graphics that you download from Web-Templates-Store.com as products you wish to sell to clients, then you must make significant modifications to the graphics. Therefore, simply changing the text or inserting new photos, and making no changes to the layout, will be insufficient to comply with our terms of use requirements.

If you do not intend on making these significant design changes to our graphics then you must purchase a license for each client that you intend to provide this inventory to with only small customization. Additionally, you must retain proof that you have indeed adhered to this protocol, by holding onto your receipt or other supporting documentation, to indicate that a license (which is the purchase of an additional membership for each of your clients you intend to provide our inventory to) has been purchased to allow for the use of our materials in this unaltered or only slightly modified fashion.

Additionally, our graphics may not be distributed as part of any archive, media disk, catalog, auction, or the like. Finally, our products may be used for both commercial and personal use, as long as they conform to the restrictions indicated above.

2-2 Do I have exclusive ownership over the items I download as part of the my membership? [ TOP ]

No, your purchase entitles you to a license to use the products royalty free in accordance with the rights, restrictions and conditions indicated in the license you receive, and indicated above, but we do not grant exclusive rights for items downloaded from our member section.

2-3 If I purchase an unlimited membership are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? [ TOP ]

No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any of graphics from the members area of our site at no extra charge.

2-4 Are the terms for the Limited and Exclusive items different then the Member product terms? [ TOP ]

Yes. When you purchase an item as a part of the Limited collection of graphics, this affords you a full license to use this graphic in any way you choose ONE time. However, it is important to note that it may only be used ONE time. In other words, you may provide these graphics as works to your clients, but only ONE client may purchase this work from you, because your license only provides you with this one-time use option. Additionally, if you are using this template for yourself the same terms of use apply. Therefore, the benefit is that you are still able to receive our high-quality graphics at our lowest prices that are beyond compare with our competitors, while only having the graphics circulated to a minimal extent (15 times before the template is removed).

Regarding how you may utilize our Exclusive graphics, once an item is purchased from the Limited/Exclusive section as at the Exclusive price just ONE time, it is removed. Yes, that is right, you can receive a unique template from our professional collection for this one-time fee, and it will NOT be distributed again. Additionally, once you purchase any of these graphics at the one time exclusive price, you will receive a full license to these materials, allowing you to use them however you choose.

Having said the above, with the cap that we are placing on these items each purchase will have to go through a verification process. This process typically takes between 24-36 hours to confirm the validity of a transaction, and is put in place so that we may continue to deliver these high-quality graphics at our unbeatable price to our legitimate buyers.

2-5 Do I need to provide an link back or acknowledgement to Web-Templates-Store.com when I use your products? [ TOP ]

No. Because you are purchasing a license, it is not necessary to provide any credit back to Web-Templates-Store.com. However, while we do not require any recognition to Web Templates, we would be more than happy if you would like to promote the benefit you received from our site to others.

Product Delivery and Access

3-1 How are your products accessed after purchase once I have purchased a yearly membership? [ TOP ]

After you signup and login, click the button that says "member download" which is located underneath your desired product. An email will be instantly sent to your membership address containing the file that you requested. Additionally, for your reference, our products are only available through email delivery for security reasons.

If you are looking for information as to the delivery process for Limited or Exclusive Items, please review question 2-4 above under the Rights and Usage section.

3-2 Why do you use email as your delivery method? [ TOP ]

Besides the security reasons indicated above for email delivery of your graphics, additionally, the quality, resolution, and multiple files we provide along with our items require large file sizes and, as such, this is the best system for you to receive all required items for a particular graphic in a neat package. We realize that users may not want to wait around between downloads, so we allow them to be simply zapped to their email addresses.

3-3 I downloaded something, but it never arrived in my email, what do I do? [ TOP ]

Check your email account to ensure that you have a fair amount of available space left to receive large files. If not, clear some space and try again, or write to support@boxedart.com for assistance with the files.

3-4 What if the downloads I have requested are arriving in a garbled text or the emails are arriving without an attachment? [ TOP ]

If your downloads are being delivered in garbled text, then this is the result of your email provider being unable to accept this type of file extension (i.e. .zip). Therefore, you will need to change your email provider to one that is more friendly to this type of extension.

Additionally, if your downloads arrive with an email from Web Templates, but without an attachment, then this is the result of either your security being set too high, such that it is marked to not accept attachments, or your email provider is simply filtering the file out, because the provider blocks these files or it is too large for your email account.

3-5 I bought a membership, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? [ TOP ]

On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly membership and you are not able to access the graphics from the members area using your details, send a support request to: support@boxedart. Include your username, the product you tried to download, or anything else that might be helpful.

3-6 I have purchased a membership and was able to access the site initially, but I am now having difficulty accessing my account, what is the problem? [ TOP ]

This is typically the result of your computer not setting the cookie our website sends properly. Therefore, in order to correct this issue you will likely need to do one of the following things:

1. The web browser security or privacy setting may be too high (this setting should not be set past medium).

2. You may be behind a firewall that is blocking our cookie.

3. You may be using a web proxy that is filtering the cookies and preventing them from reaching your computer.

4. The cookies may be completely disabled in you browser.

Additionally, our login is case sensitive, so be sure that you are entering your username and password exactly as you did when you signed up for your account.

3-7 I have downloaded some of your graphics, but they are getting filtered by my email provider as being unsafe. Why is this happening? [ TOP ]

This would be the result of the settings on your email provider being set too high. Therefore, to correct this problem, you will simply need to adjust your settings and you should then be able to receive our downloads without incident.

3-8 How do I change my email address and password? [ TOP ]

You can update your password and email address by clicking the "Account Details" link in the Members Area on the left hand side of the page. Once there you will be able to update your account information accordingly.

3-9 I am not familiar with how to edit and customize these graphics, or I am having trouble with modifying the graphics in some way. [ TOP ]

If you are somewhat of a novice at utilizing these type of graphics or you are versed in being able to modify to some to degree, but are just experiencing difficulties, please review our tutorials located : here. These tutorials should provide you with all the tools you need to get started using our graphics.

Downloading Limitaions

Yes. You may not use a 3rd party script to access our site or downloads. Any attempt to automatically download our content in this way will result in the automatic suspension of your account.
